Ivan Godfrey : September - 2016

Just a brief note to say how much everyone enjoyed our trip with Dave, Rob and Bob on the magnificent Albion on Sunday.
For my wife, whose birthday we were celebrating, it was the realization of one of the dreams of her life and even managed to exceed her high expectations. Every single person who took part (aged 9 to 70) was absolutely thrilled with the whole experience from beginning to end. We have posted a review on Trip Advisor and will certainly publicise as widely as possible amongst our friends (though Devon is a long way from Norfolk!). Please pass on our heartfelt thanks to our wonderful crew for whom nothing was too much trouble. (Photos courtesy Jane Marriot).

Frances Dyer : August - 2016

Email extract : I just wanted to thank all at the centre for a lovely day on Albion yesterday. The trip was a birthday present for my husband Sam and we were both delighted with the experience of travelling on such an iconic vessel with so much history and the chance to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Broads, the wildlife and scenery. Jeff the skipper, Phil and Steve were great fun while making sure everyone kept safe and sound - I realise now how easy it would be to take a wrong step and fall in! Please thank them all for their care and attention plus the brew-ups. Phil had us in stitches much of the time with his jokes. We hope to come back another year for a cruise.

Graham Kinch : July - 2016

A Couple of photos from a very enjoyable day out with the Sheringham Ramblers. Perfect day, very sunny with just enough wind or the sail to be used. Very attentive and hard working crew. Many thanks from all of us at 'Sheringham Ramblers’.

Poringland & District Men's Shed : July - 2016

Sunday 25th July saw a group from PDMS go sailing aboard the Wherry Albion. Our skipper was Henry Gowman chairman of PDMS and a member of the Norfolk Wherry Trust. Our grateful thanks to him and the crew, Frostie, Robbie and Ivor for a memorable day out.

Yet another great experience for my colleagues at National Grid. This is our second charter using Albion for a team engagement event. Colleagues travelled from Newmarket,Felixstowe, Rugby and nearer to home in Norfolk. Our Skipper Bill and Mate Charles made the day with their unrivalled knowledge and sailing skills. We sailed the same route as last year aiming to take lunch at Ranworth Broad, this year though we sailed past to Just outside Horning as we had much stronger wind, returning to the Ranworth dyke in time for a great lunch. If your considering a works event, a day out for a youth group or just for family and friends look no further than Albion........ You will not be disappointed. I enjoy my sailing throughout the year with Scouting but this is just something special, so much so I have bitten the bullet and joined the trust. Next step as I've got the itch is to get involved! To Albion and all in the trust who make this possible.... Thankyou.

Alec Douet : July - 2016

Email extract : Just to say how much we all enjoyed our day on the Albion yesterday. Mike has been most helpful throughout and he and his crew not only expert but very good company. And we were so lucky to have really fine weather.
Many thanks from us all to the Trust

Thanks to the crew, David, Cliff and Mike for a brilliant day out. All 12 of us passengers had an enjoyable time relaxing on board your magnificent vessel watching you work hard to ensure we got the most out of our charter. See you next year. Su and friends.

A fantastic day out. The crew (Ian, Mick & Neil) were so helpful and kind. Would recommend hiring the wherry for a day out to everyone.
