Bequests

Make A Bequest

Making a Will is a sensitive subject for many people.  However, a properly written and witnessed Will is the only way to ensure that your wishes can be carried out with certainty.  You should consider taking professional advice – the Government website provides some useful guidance here as a starting point.

If you are thinking of making The Norfolk Wherry Trust a beneficiary of your Will, please use the following address and company details:

Norfolk Wherry Trust
Forsythe Wherry Yard,
Horsefen Road,
Ludham,
Norfolk NR29 5QG

Company No: 04106136, Regd Charity No: 1084156.

You may wish for your bequest to be associated with a particular project or aspect of the Trust’s activities but please bear in mind practicalities such as the impact of future inflation. In general, a bequest without any conditions is of the most benefit to the Trust. You can be assured The Trustees will ensure that all bequests are used to further the stated aims of the Norfolk Wherry Trust.

Should you wish to discuss any aspect of a bequest in confidence, please use this link to contact The Chair (or write to The Chair at the above address).
